《You Raise Me Up》是2001年神秘园Secret Garden为专辑《Once in a red moon》创作的。据拉夫兰（神秘园作曲兼主奏）自己说曲子根据Danny Boy和爱尔兰国歌改编，歌词请一位诗人Brendan Graham填词，由爱尔兰歌手Brian Kennedy演唱。
